Sometimes I wonder what........

Sometimes I wonder what would it be,

a world without Rodney, a world without me.

Would I be here, at this time to write?
These words in my heart, these words I recite?

Like the Prophet Jeremiah who preached hope and doom,
what would have happened if I died in the womb?

Would the Angels rejoice at my demise?
Or would tears fall from Heaven like the rain fills the skies?

Would the plans for my life from His lips be amiss?
Or would thoughts of His love for my life be dismissed?

When these thoughts in my heart try to darken my mind,
I call to attention Your Word and I find.

Peace beyond measure and Joy from above,
like dew on the grass I’m covered by love.

The Father has plans for each one on the planet,
it’s open to all whosoever can have it.

Trust and believe for there’s no other way,
the time of your blessings has started today.

It may seem dark and you may wish you weren’t born,
but the Light has come and good things have dawned.

Blessings and Hope are in your way,
your time is now no more delay.

The Door of Hope has opened her rooms,
for troubled times, when troubles loom.

The bridge called Hope will get you to the other side.

Very nice poem Rodney, I never would have found joy in reading it if you were never born
